Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handled by Pahrump Residents Directory and the choices available to visitors. The service is a Nevada public-records reference. It has no account system and does not maintain a directory profile for visitors.

Information You Submit

A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the provider that supplies that result function. Pahrump Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used only to respond.

Automatic Technical Data

Hosting services may create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to operate and maintain the service. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic measurement and, where used, advertising metrics.

How Data Is Used

Technical data helps us operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.

External Services

Links lead to Nye County and Nevada portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search functions. Each destination has its own privacy terms and data practices. The same is true for sponsored search results supplied by another company.

Data Recipients

Hosting and support providers process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure and not for unrelated purposes.

Security Practices

The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no site accounts, Pahrump Residents Directory does not keep visitor passwords or profile records.

Visitors Under 18

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has submitted information and it will be removed.

Your Privacy Choices

Nevada's data-broker provisions appear in NRS Chapter 603A and include a verified-consumer-request route for asking a data broker not to sell covered information, subject to the statute's scope and exclusions. Pahrump Residents Directory keeps little visitor data; a request through the Contact page lets us check the contact mailbox and logs and remove what we find. Records kept by Nevada or Nye County offices are outside our control and must be addressed to the responsible custodian.

Policy Changes

Updates will appear on this page. Continued use after publication of a revised policy indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
